Pat was born and raised in Nebraska and has been a part of the real estate industry for over 20 years. He has an incredible eye for detail and although his first passion is creating one-of-a-kind, true custom homes, Pat is able to assist with upgrades when listing your home, ultimately boosting your listing and selling price. Even as he earned his degree in architecture, Pat was immersed in the residential design that he is most passionate about. In 1998, Pat and his business partner launched Advanced Design & Construction (ADC). Pat’s vision was to create a partnership with the buyer to create exactly what they wanted, which allowed ADC to create a truly custom home down to the last detail. The internet has made the industry more competitive than ever, which allows homeowners to be more educated and involved than they were a decade before. This knowledge and involvement is what drives Pat and ADC to be more innovative and sophisticated in creating the level of detail for which they have become known. Pat’s avid use of the company’s 3D design system and online processing software allows him to provide design and drafting throughout every phase of construction.
